Driven by my desire to see leaders live a life they love and wake up every day excited to lean in and live their lives to the fullest, I believe those in the nonprofit sector often face unreasonable stigmas and experience expectations that not only limit their personal freedoms but also stifle their creativity and ability to become fully flourishing, healthy executives leading outstanding organizations.
I consult, speak, train, and coach toward “rewriting the nonprofit narrative,” redistributing equity in the nonprofit sphere, and redefining healthy nonprofit leadership. With 25 years in the nonprofit sector, numerous for-profit and nonprofit start-ups, and several years now with Lean on Me offering strategic consulting, fractional C-suite services, and executive coaching, I have the experience needed to help today’s new and emerging leaders craft the best path forward for themselves and their organizations.
